If something is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number via support@auspatiosdirect.com.au or call 1300 565 567 - this helps us act quickly with the carrier. Please note that your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of timing for latent defects or non-conforming goods.
Your patio kit is delivered in packaged sections via a truck equipped for building-material deliveries.
The delivery process is similar to how roofing, steel, timber, or framing materials are delivered for residential construction projects. Larger components such as posts, beams, and roof sheets are securely bundled for safe transport.
